Stephanie is responsible for the operational, financial, and strategic management of Bandwidth’s messaging products and leads a team of Product Managers focused on the optimization and operationalization of these products to serve Bandwidth’s customers. Stephanie is a strong relationship builder and in her current role, leads Carrier Relations and Provider Management for Domestic and Global Messaging. Prior to joining Bandwidth, Stephanie managed messaging Products at Sprint. Stephanie’s career at Sprint spanned over 15 years and included her collaboration cross-carrier and with CTIA to create messaging industry policy and the carrier code of conduct.

As a dedicated advocate for the Mobile Ecosystem Forum (MEF), I am committed to advancing the role of business messaging in our digital economy. With over a decade of experience in telecommunications, I have led the global innovation and messaging strategy at Cisco, working closely with operator groups, governing bodies, and messaging providers to shape the future of customer interactions. My passion lies in creating multi-channel experiences that foster richer, smarter engagements, and I have actively contributed to MEF’s mission by co-authoring the RCS Charging Principles white paper and speaking at numerous global events.

Currently, I serve as Head of Business Management, Operations, and Insights within the International Carrier Services team at CKH IOD, the Group company for the 3 Mobile operator brand companies in Europe and Asia.My expertise lies in the E2E International Roaming and Interconnect connectivity ecosystem, and it is in this areas I believe MEF could benefit.I am passionate about the telecommunications industry and am deeply committed to driving its growth and innovation, having held leadership roles in both the GSMA and IO.

Robert Rose, Member of the Board at GMS, has more than 25 years of experience in the digital information business and has been closely involved in mobile messaging expansion for the past 20 years. From 2007 to 2017, he served as Senior Director of SAP Mobile Services, which was the world’s largest messaging hub at the time. At SAP, Robert’s primary responsibility was developing global messaging revenues with Mobile Network Operators. In this role, he established productive relationships with mobile operators worldwide and secured consistent revenue growth throughout his tenure. From 2017 to 2023, Robert served as GMS’s Chief Strategy Officer, helping the company achieve its goals of geographical expansion and service evolution during a time of significant change in the mobile messaging ecosystem.

Rajiv Singla is the CEO of Global Messaging. He is energetic, driven and motivated professional who consistently goes above and beyond to drive brand evolution. Within GTS (Globe TeleServices), Rajiv thrives on embracing new challenges and takes on the crucial responsibility of forging partnerships with Tier-1 and Tier-2 global telecom carriers. He is also a prominent representative of the GTS at numerous international conferences. Rajiv is widely recognized as a highly accomplished technology specialist, renowned for his robust analytical and management skills, which played a pivotal role in establishing the highly successful SMS business at Globe TeleServices.With a wealth of experience exceeding 15 years in the Wholesale Telecom industry, Rajiv has meticulously honed his expertise through roles at IcallGlobe, Jaina Systems Network, and Aircel. Notably, he played a crucial role in resolving complex issues within the Middle Eastern Market for VoIP resellers, optimizing the intricate network structure of Jaina while establishing key partnerships with Indian operators in the Southern region. Additionally, Rajiv led the expansion of Aircel’s ILD network, achieving an impressive termination capacity of 3 billion MoUs (Minutes of Use) per month.

 I’ve spent over 20 years in the telecom industry, working across roles from software engineering to solution architecture, and now focusing on business and product innovation. This experience gives me a unique perspective on blending technology, strategy, and collaboration to drive impact—one I’m eager to bring to the MEF Board.As a Telecom Business Director at Infobip, I’ve been driving the adoption of transformative technologies like RCS, Mobile Identity, and Network APIs, helping telcos unlock new revenue streams and enhance customer experiences. A standout example is the launch of Brazil’s first Camara-compliant Network APIs, where I collaborated with Claro, TIM Brasil, and Vivo to deliver solutions like SIM Swap and Number Verify. This initiative showed how aligning stakeholders creates powerful results.Collaboration is at the heart of what I do. Through MEF working groups like Basic RCS Adoption, ID & Data, and Messaging & Voice Channels, and partnerships with leaders like Nokia, I’ve seen how fostering collaboration leads to growth for telcos, innovation for developers, and better experiences for users.

Waheed Adam, once a young activist and today better described as a serial entrepreneur began his career at the young age of 22 after being rejected for his skills due to his race and young age in apartheid South Africa. He lives by the motto “through tragedy comes opportunity” and did exactly that when in 1988 he started his first company today known as the Prime Group, its core focus being the various disciplines of the mobile tech sector, both in SA and abroad.Waheed’s personal passion to making South Africa a better place is highlighted by his commitment to working with various NGO’s that focus on youth.

Dario’s experience in the mobile industry goes back to 1999; first as a consultant for Ovum advocating for attention to the nascent Mobile VAS, then launching the first Mobile Internet product for T-Mobile in Europe, and more recently expanding the concept of innovative partnerships between telcos and digital players in Asia and the Middle East, for Ooredoo and Axiata and as Director of Products for MTS.Dario’s focus is in creating new business opportunities in the fast changing digital world, and he enjoys the cultural challenges of working in different countries to give deeper and richer engagement. Previously Dario has also worked in the Middle East, for Qatar based group Ooredoo (in Qatar, Myanmar and Indonesia). For Ooredoo Dario was part of the launch team for its greenfield mobile operator in Myanmar and repositioned the mobile brands of Indosat in Indonesia.

A seasoned Senior Portfolio Manager at Vodafone Business, driving strategic growth and innovation within the Group Messaging product portfolio, including Vodafone’s global SMS Gateway, RCS Business Messaging, and authentication solutions. His focus over the last years has been supporting Vodafone Carrier Services and local markets to:Established RCS as the future messaging solution for service providers and enterprises.Set up Vodafone Identity Hub, a central access point for Identity Services targeted to better protect Vodafone’s end users from fraud.Grew Vodafone Messaging Hub to a significant 3-digit million revenue stream.Developed and introduced Vodafone’s IPX Portfolio.He has actively managed outsourcing strategies, managed services, and the rollout and operation of mobile networks in previous roles and companies, demonstrating broad commercial and technical telecom expertise.

Tim is Fellow at XConnect, which provides data to the telecoms ecosystem to support validation, fraud prevention and routing optimisation. He has come from a telecom infrastructure background, leading sales, marketing and strategy, and has participated in industry work groups including GSMA, ITU, i3F and MEF, where global number registry and data sharing projects have been top of the agenda.Tim is a strong proponent of the MEF’s Codes of Conduct, where XConnect was one of the early signatories of the “Trust in Enterprise Messaging Business SMS Code of Practice” and sees self-regulation, based on common values and priorities as the route to a safe and trusted ecosystem. He is a regular speaker and contributor on voice, messaging and CPaaS applications where phone numbers’ trusted identity continues to be the key.
